The Executives Mentoring Program
The program is the mentoring platform that will introduce and enhance concepts of personal and community leadership among participants. Each student will be taught the skills needed to be an Executive, such as self-confidence, time management, goal setting, and more. Effective communication and cultural awareness are also key components of the program.

The program runs from September through June (academic year) – after school and weekend programing

Target Group
Boys ages 6 to 8 and 9 to 11. There would be two groups of 15 boys; 30 total
